Citco Group Limited is seeking a capable business analyst to drive operational improvements within Private Assets funding and treasury processes in a dynamic financial services setting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, map requirements, and govern automation initiatives to enhance scalability, controls and efficiency across fund accounting operations. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• 3+ years in business analysis, process improvement, transformation or automation within financial services or fund administration.
• Knowledge of Private Equity or Private Assets fund accounting, operations and controls across jurisdictions.
• Ability to influence and build consensus across senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong project and stakeholder-management skills; translate complex needs into clear requirements.
• Clear communication with operational teams, tech partners and leadership; facilitation and change adoption skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with workflow-automation tools like UiPath or similar desirable.
• Analytical, adaptable and focused on practical solutions and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional engagement with Strategic Operations, Technology, Fund Accounting and other stakeholders to identify pain points, control gaps and scalability opportunities, define requirements and drive practical solutions.
• Own intake, assessment, prioritization and governance of automation pipeline, balancing value, risk, impact and roadmap alignment.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping and solution-design discussions translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Drive standardization and optimization of Private Assets Fund Accounting processes for consistency, scalability, control and user experience; include training and adoption activities.
• Champion use of workflow, low-code and automation technologies within governance, security and control frameworks.
• Manage initiative timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions and escalations with clear ownership and communication.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance and production testing, ensuring issues are resolved and requirements met before deployment.
• Maintain portfolio reporting for stakeholders covering delivery status, priorities, outcomes, risks and decisions.

About Tactical Operations

The Tactical Operations team drives operational excellence across Private Assets through process optimization, standardization, reporting enhancement and control improvements. Working closely with business, technology and strategic partners, the team delivers practical solutions that improve efficiency, scalability and operational effectiveness.

Your Role:

• Lead cross-functional engagement with Strategic Operations, Technology, Fund Accounting and other business stakeholders to identify operational pain points, control gaps and scalability opportunities, define requirements and drive practical tactical solutions.

• Own the intake, assessment, prioritization and governance of the Tactical Operations automation pipeline, balancing business value, risk reduction, operational impact, resource capacity and alignment with Citco's strategic development roadmap.

• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping and solution-design discussions, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, decisions and delivery plans for operational and technical teams.

• Drive the standardization and optimization of Private Assets Fund Accounting processesto improve consistency, scalability, control and user experience. Including implementation, stakeholder engagement, training and change-adoption activities to support adoption.

• Champion the appropriate use of workflow, low-code and automation technologies to deliver practical and scalable business solutions within established governance, security and control frameworks.

• Manage initiative timelines, dependencies, risks, decisions and escalations, success measures, maintaining clear ownership, communication and accountability across stakeholder groups.

• Plan and coordinate user acceptance and production testing, ensuring issues are documented, prioritized and resolved and that solutions meet agreed business, operational and control requirements before deployment.

• Maintain clear portfolio reporting for business stakeholders and senior leadership, covering delivery status, priorities, business outcomes, risks, dependencies and decisions required.

About You:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline; a CPA or equivalent professional designation is an asset.

• You have 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, transformation or automation within financial services or fund administration.

• You understand Private Equity or Private Assets fund accounting, operational processes and controls; with a strong technical accounting foundation and experience applying relevant accounting standards across multiple jurisdictions.

• You can influence, challenge constructively and build consensus across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

• You have strong project and stakeholder-management skills and can translate complex business needs into clear requirements, decisions and delivery plans.

• You communicate clearly with operational teams, technical partners and senior leadership and are skilled in facilitation, problem-solving and change adoption.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with advanced Excel, FIS Investran, UiPath or other workflow-automation tools is desirable.

• You are analytical, adaptable and focused on practical solutions and measurable business outcomes.
