Job summary

Solaire Resort in Quezon City is seeking an experienced creative professional to conceptualize big ideas and elevate visual work with the Senior Manager. You will translate concepts into high-standard visuals for campaigns, promotions, interactive ads, websites, packaging, and sales materials.

The role requires staying abreast of technological advances, supervising junior team members to meet deadlines, and supporting creative asset management and project coordination while ensuring brand

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in a creative position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize big ideas and elevate creative work alongside the Senior Manager.
• Execute concepts into high-standard visuals for campaigns and ensure the quality of the work for the rest of the deliverables (such as promotions, interactive advertisements, websites, packaging, sales materials and informative and instructional materials).
• Must remain abreast of technological advances in the field and be able to identify areas of use in the organization.
• Ability to effectively supervise the rest of the team who are less senior (or junior) to prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines according to the needs of the business.
• Assist in creative asset management and project coordination.
• Interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources to ensure the design meets brand standards and business goals.
