Jollibee Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Management Trainee to support daily store operations and business growth. You will ensure food safety, sanitation, and smooth operations while leading sales activities and engaging customers to meet targets.

You will also manage staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance support, and handle store administration, reports, permits, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and long hours.
