Position Title:Management Trainee for Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking)

Role Exposure:

As a Management Trainee for the Relationship Manager Track, you will:

• Develop a holistic understanding of commercial banking and relationship management within one of the strongest banks in the Philippines
• Build leadership capabilities and a strong foundation for a rewarding career as a Bank Officer
• Gain hands‑on exposure to key banking functions through immersive learning experiences and cross‑functional rotations
• Learn directly from seasoned banking professionals and subject matter experts across the Bank
• Develop the skills needed to become a trusted advisor to businesses and institutional clients

Job Summary:

This is an accelerated management trainee program designed to prepare high‑potential talent for future Relationship Manager and commercial banking roles.

The program combines:
