Job summary

Helpro Multipurpose Cooperative on-site in Cavite is seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of relevant experience for a full-time role. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a computer-related field and willingness to field work.

You will shadow supervisors to learn courier operations and rider support, while assisting in rider recruitment and training. Responsibilities include optimizing delivery schedules, tracking rider performance and safety, and preparing basic operation

Qualifications

• Graduate of business or computer-related course.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Output oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to do field work.
• Own motorcycle with updated registration.
• Have Non Pro/ PRO driver's license.
