Job summary

A logistics cooperative in La Union is looking for a candidate to assist in courier operations, rider recruitment, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should have a background in business or computer courses, be experienced and possess a motorcycle with a valid driver's license. This role also involves fieldwork and developing delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience.
• With OWN motorcycle with updated registration.
• At least Non Pro/PRO Driver's license.
• Output oriented mindset.
• Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Supervisors to learn daily courier operations and rider support.
• Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Help create and optimize delivery schedules and routes.
