Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket Corporation seeks a Facilities & Administration Supervisor to oversee security, billing, facility management, customer service, and administrative operations in a mall setting. You will enforce security policies, manage billing/collections, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth tenant relations.

The role requires a four-year degree and at least 2 years in facilities management, administration, housekeeping, and safety/security, with a focus on documentation and supplies

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably Office Management or any related course.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in facilities management, administration, housekeeping, organizing and maintenance, and safety and security

Responsibilities

• Ensure security policies and procedures are executed effectively and formulate additional policies to tighten security
• Document all incidents involving security and safety
• Prepare summaries of variable charges billable to tenants and generate billing statements
• Monitor collection and ensure on-time issuance of collection notices
• Maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all public and common service areas
• Formulate procedures to improve maintenance of facility areas
• Attend to customer complaints and ensure concerns are immediately addressed and recorded
• Handle tenant complaints and elevate major and critical issues to the Mall Manager
• Ensure all documents are intact and on file
• Ensure the mall has adequate supplies and equipment to support security and housekeeping requirements
