Job summary

ABSI is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee the engineering and technical operations of a premier mall in Bacolod. The role will ensure safe, reliable performance of MEP, HVAC, and critical infrastructure while driving operational excellence and ROI-focused CAPEX initiatives.

The candidate will lead a capable engineering team, coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards to support day-to-day operations and long-term business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing facility and infrastructure operations in large complexes.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
