Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Mall Engineer to ensure all mall equipment and facilities function efficiently and reliably. You will oversee systems such as AC, electrical, water facilities, sewage treatment, venting, kitchen exhaust, and power generators across the mall.

The role requires a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with at least two years of facilities management experience. Location is Robinsons Starmills; standard 5-day workweek with days off to be discussed during

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least two years' experience with building/facilities management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure mall equipment and facilities operate at maximum efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor AC, electrical, water, sewage treatment, ventilating, kitchen exhaust, and generators.
• Plan and supervise routine maintenance and repairs.

Job description
