Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Design & Planning Manager for the NUSTAR-Mall Technical Planning department. This probationary role is responsible for the project management, facilities management, and design implementation of the mall assigned to him/her. This includes tenant construction, in-house repairs, maintenance, and redevelopments.

He/she will also lead the Mall Planning Department. The ideal candidate must have a B.S. Architecture or B.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor graduates with professional license in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Extensive background in technical planning and project management in real estate.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Willing to reside in Cebu or be assigned there.

Responsibilities

• Project management, facilities management, and design implementation for the assigned mall.
