Job summary

Hubexo in the Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Make.com Integration / Automation Architect to join our growing Business Systems Program team.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations across HubSpot, NetSuite, Chargebee, DealHub, and other core platforms, collaborating with solution architects, PMs, and developers.

This role drives automation initiatives, improves operational efficiency, and enables seamless data connectivity through APIs and modern SaaS ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in system integration, automation, or software development.
• Hands-on experience designing/building integrations using Make.com, APIs, and modern frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, API keys, and data mapping.
• Experience documenting, maintaining, and optimizing complex integration environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy integrations across core business systems.
• Utilize Make.com as the primary automation platform with APIs.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, developers and stakeholders.
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance of integrations.
• Develop and maintain data mappings and workflow documentation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration workflows.
• Support deployment, version control, and change management.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline operations.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams and external vendors.
