Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Rosario, Cavite is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Molding) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding machines and related equipment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ experience, knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems, and the ability to read technical manuals and schematics. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday with a gross monthly salary of 18,000–23,000 PHP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational course in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance of molding machines or manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems used in molding operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor molding equipment performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to support continuous molding operations.
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
