A premier aviation service company is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead in Santo Tomas, Philippines. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, ensuring quality control for aircraft maintenance, and compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have at least five years of aircraft maintenance experience and hold a valid Mechanic's Certificate. The Maintenance Technician Lead is responsible for ensuring that the people assigned to their crew complete their tasks safely, in full compliance with all manuals and procedures while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Incumbent is required to: be able to lift a minimum of 120 Lbs., perform as an aircraft maintenance technician while being exposed to a wide variety of outside weather conditions (working outside not necessarily in a hanger) including but not limited to extreme heat, cold and adverse weather conditions.
