Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a maintenance and repair technician to perform general and preventative tasks. You will handle cleaning, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, and building upkeep to ensure timely completion.

The role requires responding to site emergencies, basic carpentry/paint work, and coordinating with contractors for major projects. This is a permanent full-time onsite position with standard probation and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician;
• Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works
• Can respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
• With good employment record
• Amenable to be assigned in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

Responsibilities
