This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in Davao. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee routine maintenance, manage repair operations, and lead preventive maintenance processes. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance personnel, ensuring the functionality and reliability of machinery, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Coordination with various departments to ensure smooth operations will also be required.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a maintenance team
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and ensuring equipment reliability
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and prolong machinery lifespan
• Knowledge in Maintenance & Repair and the ability to address mechanical or technical issues promptly
• Problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving operational challenges efficiently
• Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
