Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Makati is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large buildings and industrial systems. The role supports preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy efficiency within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

You’ll perform inspections, diagnose issues, and assist with equipment installation and modification, while adhering to safety regulations and CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to apply standard procedures to solve problems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large‑size buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2–3 years of job‑related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
