Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems in the Metro Manila area. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and help install and modify equipment under supervision.

This role emphasizes safety, codes compliance, and effective communication as you review work orders and ensure energy-efficient operation of building systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs and climbing stairs/ladders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic work routines.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
