Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine facility and equipment upkeep at our site in the Philippines. The role includes preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs across the building and electrical systems.

You will assist HO support or third-party contractors and prepare required reports and documentation. Candidates may be Electrical/Industrial Engineering graduates, vocational graduates, or those with relevant courses,

Qualifications

College Graduate of Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related course.
Vocational course graduates are welcome.
Short course certificates are acceptable.
High school graduates with sufficient experience are encouraged to apply.
Valid NCII Electrician certificate.

Responsibilities

Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.
Perform basic troubleshooting / corrective maintenance and restoration.
Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities; perform minor repair.
Provide assistance to HO support or third-party contractor during maintenance/ project activity.
Prepare and submit reports, forms, and other necessary documentations.
Ensure that electrical and gen set room are clean.
Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO.
Maintains highest level of cleanliness in work/storage areas.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
