Job summary

Kinergy Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled engineer/technician to join our manufacturing team in Calamba. The role involves manual programming, setting, and operation of SODICK and CHARMILLES Wirecut machines, as well as related equipment such as Fast Wire cut and SINK EDM.

Experience in EDM/Wirecut and CAD/CAM is required, with willingness to travel for trainings. Ideal candidates have a background in mechanical engineering and semiconductor mold tooling fabrication, and are capable of

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor & College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
• 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Knowledgeable in EDM/Wirecut , Basic Milling and Grinding Operations.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Experience in semi-conductor mold tooling fabrication. Willing to travel abroad for Trainings

• Should be mature and capable of working Independently.
• Candidate will be responsible for Manual Programming, setting and operating both SODICK and CHARMILLES Wirecut, Fast Wire cut, Super Drill and SINK EDM Machines.
• Well familiar with the preparation of program for these machines AutoCad or any CAD/CAM software.
