Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to work on-site in Mandaluyong. You will operate manual lathe and milling machines, perform precision boring and refitting of parts, and help fabricate and repair components.

The ideal candidate is a TESDA-certified vocational graduate with at least 1 year of experience, capable of maintaining equipment, keeping work areas clean, and following supervision.

Qualifications

• Vocational graduate with TESDA certificate.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same role.
• Must be skilled to operate manual lathe and milling machine.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathe, milling machine, shapers, and drill presses.
• Perform boring, facing, and refitting of mechanical parts.
• Machine, fabricate, and repair mechanical parts.
• Keep machines clean and in good working condition.
• Support the Engineering Supervisor and Manager with assigned tasks.
