VERITEK INC in Quezon City, Philippines seeks an experienced Automotive Equipment Trainer to lead hands-on training, demonstrations, and safety coaching for garage equipment across lifts, wheel services, scanners, and air systems. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of relevant workshop experience and can assess trainee competency.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem-solving, and instructional skills to ensure equipment operation and safety standards are met.

Formación

• 4–5 years in automotive equipment or workshop roles.
• Senior technician/trainer experience is desirable.
• Ability to conduct technical training and demonstrations.
• Strong knowledge of workshop safety and equipment procedures.
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Train operators on equipment operation and safety.
• Assess trainees' skills and provide coaching.
• Demonstrate equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Evaluate trainee competency and progress.
• Troubleshoot and assist in repair of workshop equipment as needed.

Descripción del empleo

Technical experience-with relevant experience installation, operation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of automotive services equipment.

Familiarity with equipment such as:

• Vehicle lifts and hoists
• tire changer and wheel balancers
• wheel alignment machines
• engine diagnostics/scanner equipment
• air compressors
• Brake testers
• And other garage equipment.

Diagnostics skills-Must have strong knowledge of automotive workshop safety and equipment procedures, with the ability to conduct techinical training, demonstrate equipment operation, evaluate trainee competency.

Trainer qualifications-Good communication, problem-solving, and instructional skills are required. Able to demonstrate equipment operation and maintenance clearly.

Can assess trainees' skills and provide corrective coaching.

Experience- 4-5 years of relevant automotive equipment or workshop experience is desirable, especially for a senior technician/trainer role.

Additional advantage-Valid driver's license, are required ( motorcycle and 4 wheels)
