Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Machine Shop Foreman to supervise machinists and ensure efficient machine operations in Quezon City. Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in close tolerance manufacturing environment with responsibilities in machine operation and programming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise machinists’ daily work.
• Check and evaluate accomplishment reports of machinists.
• Monitor mould development schedules.
• Check and evaluate fabricated moulds.
• Plan, schedule, and implement rules and regulations.
• Participate in the creation of the daily machine schedule.
• Ensure all machines are running in accordance with the daily published schedule.
• Mentor and participate in the training of machinists.
• Set up machines, adjust settings, perform calibration, and conduct maintenance.
