Role Description

The Machine Operator role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Malvar. The person in this role operates production machinery according to established procedures and safety standards, including setting up equipment, monitoring performance, and adjusting controls as needed. Daily tasks include loading materials, observing machine operation, identifying basic mechanical issues, and performing routine checks to maintain product quality. The Machine Operator records production data, follows work instructions, and coordinates with supervisors and colleagues to meet output targets and quality requirements. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area and complying with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment, including core Machine Operation skills and basic knowledge of Machinery functions.
• Experience with Quality Control procedures, such as inspecting products, identifying defects, and following standards and documentation.
• Competence in using Hand Tools for basic adjustments, minor maintenance, and safe handling of equipment‑related tasks.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, report issues, and follow instructions accurately.
• High attention to detail, reliability in following safety protocols, and willingness to work in a structured production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and meet production schedules in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing is an advantage; vocational or technical training in a related field is preferred.
