Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an IT Network Ops professional to design, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, including SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will build low-code apps, support automation, and collaborate with business users to deliver efficient, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field; internships, projects or certifications with Microsoft 365/Power Platform valued.
• Foundational experience with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or Copilot Studio.
• Basic understanding of low-code development concepts, data structures, forms, workflows, permissions, and testing.
• Exposure to SharePoint lists, libraries, site pages, Power Apps canvas apps, automated flows, or Power BI dashboards from coursework or work.
• Interest in AI-enabled productivity tools like Copilot, Copilot Studio, prompt design, and AI Builder; hands-on is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions (SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, basic Power BI reports).
• Build and update low-code/no-code business applications under guidance, following governance and documentation requirements.
• Support workflow automation by gathering requirements, mapping processes, creating cloud flows, testing automations, and troubleshooting.
• Help maintain SharePoint and Teams environments by assisting with permissions, content organization, site configuration, and user support requests.
• Participate in developing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder use cases by documenting requirements and testing prompts.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and solution owners to translate feedback into enhancements, and create technical docs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Monitor solution performance and usage, assist with issue resolution, and escalate complex problems to senior team members.

Meet the team

We are the IT Network Ops team at Dexcom, supporting the Microsoft 365 ecosystem that connects employees across the enterprise. Our team builds and maintains modern workplace solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Where you come in

• Assist with the design, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, including SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and basic Power BI reports.
• Build and update low-code/no-code business applications under guidance from senior team members, following established development standards, governance practices, and documentation requirements.
• Support workflow automation efforts by gathering requirements, mapping business processes, creating basic cloud flows, testing automations, and helping troubleshoot issues.
• Help maintain SharePoint and Teams environments by assisting with permissions, content organization, site configuration, and user support requests.
• Participate in the development of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder use cases by helping document requirements, test prompts, validate outputs, and support solution rollout activities.
• Collaborate with business users, IT team members, and solution owners to understand needs, clarify requirements, and translate feedback into application enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test scripts, user guides, and training materials for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Monitor solution performance and usage, assist with issue resolution, and elevate complex technical problems to senior developers, administrators, or platform owners as appropriate.

What makes you successful

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; internships, academic projects, certifications, or early professional experience with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform are valued.
• Foundational experience with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or Copilot Studio.
• Basic understanding of low-code development concepts, data structures, forms, workflows, permissions, and application testing.
• Exposure to SharePoint lists, libraries, site pages, Power Apps canvas apps, automated cloud flows, or Power BI dashboards through coursework, projects, internships, or work experience.
• Interest in AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, prompt design, and AI Builder; prior hands‑on experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, connectors, APIs, Azure services, PowerShell, and application lifecycle management practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity for identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
