Job summary

ChildFund Philippines is seeking an experienced Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator for the Climate Care project in Cotabato City, BARMM. The role involves implementing robust M&E frameworks, coordinating with consortium members, and ensuring data-driven reporting to support program effectiveness and learning.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in development projects with strong data management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Statistics, or relevant social sciences.
• Five+ years of experience in development/NGO projects with monitoring & evaluation exposure.
• Experience coordinating with partners, government agencies, and local communities.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination across consortium members.
• Track implementation progress, gather data, and ensure data quality for reports.
• Maintain project indicators, targets, and data trackers.
• Prepare and contribute to progress, donor, and learning reports.
• Coordinate meetings, field visits, and capacity strengthening activities.
