Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Sales and Design Specialist for our Kitchen, Bath, and Wellness brands in Metro Manila. You will establish relationships with developers, architects, and designers, present solutions, and guide projects from presentation to installation.

Strong negotiation, customer service, and communication skills.
Excellent time management for handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Act as the face of Focus Global to developers and clients.
Saturate/generate leads from developers, architectural and design firms, contractors.
Schedule product presentations, showroom tours, and private events.
Present sales proposals to developers, clients, architects, designers to grow opportunities.
Review contracts for alignment with the SOPs.
Prepare accurate product quotations, drawings, place and monitor orders, and coordinate with the Service team.
Attend site meetings and ensure delivery/installation completeness.
Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure loyalty.
Communicate company policies clearly to developers.
Provide required documents in a timely manner.
Predict potential sales by analyzing market trends.
Participate in marketing activities to support brand growth.
