Job summary

Ithemba Recruitment- Sourcing Top Talent is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor for opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will assist the F&B Manager in daily operations and coach staff to maintain exceptional guest service standards.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in a high-end hotel environment, with strong English communication and a passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction. A 5-star background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years Diploma Hotel school
• Bachelor's Degree in hotel Management specialized in F&B Service preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
• Minimum 5 years experience at a similar level at a 5 star or full-service hotel
• Minimum 5 years experience in F&B Service: high standard Restaurant or Room Service 5-star Hotel

Responsibilities

• Assist F&B Manager in day-to-day operations and staff development
• Oversee service operations to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide discreet, professional service for VIP guests
• Lead training for the wider team and take the lead when needed
• Knowledge of high-end cuisine and care for fine china and silverware
