Crimson Resort & Spa Mak­tan is seeking a Florist to prepare floral decorations for public areas, outlets, events and VIP rooms under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper. You will set high standards using quality materials to ensure long-lasting arrangements and support guest satisfaction.

The role focuses on flexible, creative floral designs, coordination with Housekeeping for VIP needs, and maintaining a tidy Florist space to meet daily operation requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel floral design
• Ability to liaise with Housekeeping for VIP/arrangements
• Provide guest assistance with floral requests
• Maintain florist room and equipment
• Adhere to safety standards and clean work areas

Responsibilities

• Meets customers whenever possible and discusses floral needs
• Creates flexible and creative floral designs for various events
• Coordinates VIP arrangements with Housekeeping for arrivals or special occasions
• Assists guests with floral arrangements and requests
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Florist room and supply closet
• Submits monthly productivity worksheets to the Executive Housekeeper
• Implements safety standards and conducts staff training
