SmartScale360 Careers in the Philippines is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to support a U.S.-based luxury real estate client. This part-time role focuses on luxury branding, premium visuals, and digital content across social media and email campaigns.

You will independently manage marketing initiatives, create engaging content, and enhance the brand's online presence with polished video and graphics. Flexible hours and remote collaboration offered.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, premium design standards, sophisticated content presentation, and high-end visual storytelling.
• Experience managing marketing for luxury brands, luxury real estate, influencers, or personal brands is highly preferred.
• Experience managing influencer's social media presence is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen luxury brand visibility and generate qualified buyer and seller leads.
• Create and maintain content calendars, marketing schedules, and long-term content strategies.
• Manage Instagram as the primary marketing platform, including reels, posts, stories, captions, and audience engagement.
• Turn daily video clips and raw footage into polished, engaging Instagram reels and social media content.
• Edit videos, enhance photos, design graphics, and repurpose professional photography and video assets.
• Create content that reflects luxury brand aesthetics, sophisticated visual storytelling, and premium brand positioning.
• Develop, launch, and manage social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Prepare post notes, captions, hashtags, publishing instructions, and content checklists.
• Manage social media messages, comments, and inquiries from potential clients.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, weekly newsletters, and property announcements.
• Maintain and update website content, property listings, and Google Business Profile.
• Monitor marketing analytics, track campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support lead generation and ensure marketing inquiries are properly directed for follow-up.
• Create branded marketing materials, listing presentations, and promotional content.
• Maintain organized workflows, checklists, trackers, and marketing documentation.
• Organize and share photos, videos, and marketing assets through iCloud.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing projects are completed on time.
• Work with Spanish-language text, audio, and video content using translation tools when needed.
