Job summary

Suzuki Auto Pangasinan - Accounting Department is seeking a detail-oriented graduate to support LTO-related registrations and document processing. The role requires managing new LTO registrations and ensuring accuracy in data entry using MS Office.

The ideal candidate will monitor CSR status and coordinate with Head Office, handle liquidation of LTO branches, and oversee release and uploading of LTO plates. Relevant experience is preferred, and punctuality with submissions is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration or other relevant courses.
• Experience in the same field preferred; computer literate and proficient in MS Office; data entry skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently, multitask, and ensure error-free documents.

• In charge of processing LTO new registrations
• In charge of CSR monitoring, and updating the status of the said documents to Head Office
• In charge of liquidation of LTO branches
