Job description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about growing guest loyalty by leading and improving the hotel’s rewards program. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and ongoing enhancements to create great value for guests while boosting revenue and brand connection.

Key accountabilities
  • Design and roll out loyalty initiatives that reflect the hotel’s brand and enhance the guest experience.
  • Develop tiered rewards and exclusive perks to drive repeat bookings and brand loyalty.
  • Stay on top of competitor programs and industry trends to keep our offering competitive.
  • Oversee daily program operations from member sign-ups to points tracking and redemptions.
  • Work closely with Operations, Rooms, Reservations, and Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth program integration.
General Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of guest experience principles and hotel operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
