Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Loss and Prevention Assistant to strengthen security across its Rizal operations. You will monitor surveillance, assist investigations, and help implement loss-prevention strategies while ensuring asset protection.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Criminology or related field, with at least 6 months in security preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and fieldwork with occasional motorcycle travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology or related field.
• At least 6 months security/related experience preferred (not required).
• Knowledge of security protocols and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to do fieldwork; motorcycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Assist in investigations of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
• Implement and maintain loss prevention procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Identify and report potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Train staff on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist in responding to emergency situations and critical incidents.
• Maintain documentation and records related to security operations.
• Support legal and compliance efforts related to security and loss prevention.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field.

• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or a related field is preferred. (not required)

• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure ni stressful situations.

• Must be willing to do fieldwork, and having a motorcycle is a plus.
