2GO Group is seeking a seasoned Systems & Logistics Analyst to bridge Operations, IT, Commercial, and Customer Experience. You will lead analysis, network configuration, master data governance, and production readiness to strengthen operational stability and customer experience.
The role requires 5–7 years in Logistics Operations, systems management, and experience with TMS/WMS, API integrations, and master data governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5–7 years in Logistics Operations or Systems:** relevant experience required.
- Experience with TMS/WMS and API integrations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Bridge Operations, IT, Commercial, and Customer Experience to align logistics systems with business needs.
- Lead systems analysis, network configuration, master data governance, and change management.
- Configure logistics network settings, routings, hubs, and shipment milestones.
- Conduct UAT, production readiness, and post-implementation support.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
