Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise the coordination and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and business units.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with company SOPs for dispatch and rider operations.
  • Communicate with rider providers, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Negotiate rates and review partners contracts in coordination with management.
  • Source and evaluate additional partner couriers to expand delivery capacity.
  • Resolve logistics-related issues such as damaged or lost goods, shipping delays, or order discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in the fleet management system and generate reports for management.
  • Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and dispatching orders.
  • Perform other logistics-related duties as required to support overall operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics preferred.
  • Have at least 1-2 years experience in Logistics.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and database management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
