Job summary

LG Electronics Philippines Inc. is seeking a Logistics Officer to oversee and optimize the movement, storage, and distribution of products from our facilities in the Philippines. You will coordinate with warehouses, dealers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
2–3 years of logistics or supply chain experience.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or appliance industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of logistics operations and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, NERP).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work under pressure and multi‑task.
Willing to travel to warehouse sites if required.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics activities including inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure timely delivery of products to warehouses, dealers, and customers.
Track shipments and resolve delays or issues proactively.
Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.
Support stock replenishment planning and minimize stock discrepancies.
Coordinate with transport providers and 3PL partners for delivery scheduling.
Optimize routes and delivery timelines to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements when needed.
Prepare and process logistics documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and shipment records.
