Job summary

A logistics services company in Cebu City is seeking a LOGIC ASSISTANT - IMPORT AND EXPORT to manage shipping documents, track shipments, and effectively communicate with suppliers and carriers. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 1-year experience in logistics or supply chain. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is required. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills and is onsite at Cebu Business Park.

  • Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, HS Code summary and customs paperwork.
  • Prepares Packing List and Allocation.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams via Nav or Monday.com
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse staff to resolve any issues or delays.
  • Support the logistics team in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Assist with reporting and data entry related to logistics operations.

The main responsibilities of a LOGIC ASSISTANT - IMPORT AND EXPORT include:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 1-year previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Quick encoding/data entry skills and proficiency in excel is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software or ERP systems.
