Edelsource Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the execution of physical commodity trades and ensure smooth cargo movement from origin to destination.

You will work closely with traders, suppliers, customers, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other service providers to coordinate shipments, monitor cargo movements, and resolve operational issues. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Relevant experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize multiple shipments and meet documentation deadlines.
• Proactive, resilient, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the end-to-end logistics and execution of physical commodity shipments.
• Arrange and monitor cargo movements.
• Coordinate with traders, suppliers, customers, shipping agents and freight forwarders.
• Track vessel schedules, ETAs, loading and discharge operations, and cargo delivery status.
• Prepare, check, and maintain trade and shipping documentation (invoices, bills of lading, certificates).
• Ensure shipping instructions and documentation are issued accurately and within timelines.
• Monitor shipment terms, delivery windows, and operational requirements.
• Assist traders and operations with day-to-day trade execution and post-shipment administration.
• Liaise with counterparties and service providers to resolve discrepancies and issues.
