Job summary

Inteluck in Makati City is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to monitor shipments from origin to destination and coordinate transportation with minimal delays.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–4 years in logistics or supply chain preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Transportation is required. You will work on-site in Makati, Monday to Saturday, supporting loading preparation, delivery coordination, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site in Makati City and to work from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the shipping of products from origin to destination.
• Arrange transportation and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demand with minimal delays.
• Prepare loads for shipment.
• Quality assurance to avoid QC issues.
• Manage activities throughout order fulfillment and transportation to meet deadlines.
• Review freight costs and transportation rates to keep costs down where possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible in monitoring the shipping of products from origin to the destination.
• Responsible in arranging the transportation, orchestrating the deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay with closed coordination.
• Responsible in preparing the loads for shipment
• Responsible in quality assurance to avoid quality control issues
• Responsible in managing the activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.
• Responsible in constant reviews of freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible.
