Job summary

Universally Speaking is expanding to Manila and seeking a dedicated LQA lead to manage our new studio’s testing efforts. You will mentor a multilingual team, develop robust LQA processes, and ensure linguistic and cultural quality across localized game content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading LQA or localization teams.
• Experience with LQA tools, TMS, and bug-tracking software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LQA testers across multiple languages.

• Oversee linguistic, functional, and cosmetic testing of localized content.
• Ensure linguistic consistency, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
