Job Description

• Build relationships with media influencers and stakeholders that can help raise brand awareness to the assigned brands.
• Create and execute content marketing to prepare the content calendar for the brand assigned.
• Develop and oversee the branding guideline of the assigned brands if being followed or correctly executed.
• Track the customer care after sales experience of the assigned brands.
• Work closely with the CSR who is handling the brand reservation and complaints and make sure they follow the digital playbook guideline.
