About the role

The Loan Associate is responsible for processing loan release transactions accurately and efficiently. The role includes scanning, uploading, and transmitting released loan documents; maintaining the proper filing and safekeeping of loan records; and assisting clients with loan release concerns and inquiries. The Loan Associate is also responsible for handling the branch's petty cash fund, monitoring and maintaining office supplies, and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Branch Head.
