Job summary

Novacell Telecom in Makati is seeking an OBS / vMix Operator to manage high‑quality live broadcasts. You will handle live switching, audio/video monitoring, and scene creation for TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with OBS Studio or vMix, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during live productions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in live stream production, broadcast engineering, or video switching.
Proficiency in OBS Studio and/or vMix.
Setup knowledge: cameras, audio interfaces, microphones, capture cards, lighting, and encoders.
Experience managing broadcasts on TikTok Live, Facebook Live, or similar platforms.
Understanding of scenes, overlays, RTMP keys, audio routing, and video bitrates.

Responsibilities

Configure, test, and prepare OBS Studio and/or vMix software prior to going live.
Execute smooth live switching and manage multi-platform streaming to TikTok Live, Facebook Live, YouTube.
Diagnose and resolve real-time technical issues and implement backup plans during broadcasts.
