About the role

MATTGELO CORPORATION is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Live Seller to join our WHOLESALE team. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Live Seller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, hosting live shopping events and product demonstrations to drive sales and build brand loyalty. This role is pivotal in connecting our products directly with customers in an interactive and engaging manner, making it essential to our retail and consumer products success.

Key responsibilities

• Host and conduct live shopping events across digital platforms, showcasing products in an engaging and entertaining manner

• Interact with customers in real-time, responding to questions and addressing concerns about products and services

• Demonstrate product features, benefits and usage to encourage purchases and increase sales conversion rates

• Build rapport with viewers and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer participation and repeat viewership

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand inventory, promotional campaigns and upcoming product launches

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through effective live selling techniques

• Process customer transactions accurately and maintain records of sales activities and viewer engagement

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing feedback and building long-term customer relationships

• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to deliver compelling product narratives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a retail assistant, sales associate or similar customer-facing role, preferably with experience in live selling or e-commerce

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences and maintain their attention

• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• High level of comfort with digital platforms and social media, with proficiency in using live streaming tools

• Quick thinking and problem-solving capabilities to handle customer objections and technical issues

• Product knowledge and the ability to learn new products quickly and effectively

• Enthusiastic, energetic personality with genuine passion for customer engagement

• Organisational skills and attention to detail in managing transactions and customer data

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends when required

• Proficiency in English and Filipino is preferred
