Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct live selling sessions and showcase products on TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada.

• Encourage adding items to cart and completing sales.
• Coordinate with E‑Commerce/Marketing for promotions to feature.
• Prepare products and materials before each session.
• Maintain an energetic, positive live environment and provide feedback on customer questions.

The Live Seller will assist in promoting and selling the company’s products through live selling platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. The role focuses on presenting products, engaging with viewers, answering basic inquiries, and encouraging customers to purchase during live sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live selling sessions and showcase the company’s products.
• Present product features, benefits, prices, and promotions clearly and confidently.
• Engage with viewers through comments, questions, and live interactions.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries during live sessions.
• Encourage viewers to add products to cart and complete their purchases.
• Assist in promoting ongoing discounts, vouchers, and special offers.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams regarding products and promotions to be featured.
• Prepare products and materials needed before each live session.
• Ensure that products are properly displayed and presented during the live session.
• Monitor customer engagement and assist in maintaining an energetic and positive live-streaming environment.
• Provide feedback on customer questions, product concerns, and frequently requested items.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in live selling is preferred.
• With pleasing personality and good communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Energetic, engaging, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn about the company’s products and selling techniques.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays when required.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
