Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. in Angeles, Philippines, seeks a Lighting Design Engineer to translate architectural drawings into AGi32 models and perform lighting calculations. You will review electrical specifications, build CAD environments, and ensure accuracy across reports and renderings.

The role requires 2–3 years in lighting design, proficiency with AGi32/AutoCAD/Revit, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals and standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in lighting design or electrical engineering, within architectural, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Demonstrable experience managing lighting design elements from concept to execution, with focus on quality control and timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Lighting, or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Save project documents to Dropbox and start project folder
• Import CADs to AGi32
• Review drawings and specifications to understand the project
• Build rooms/environments/objects in the CAD file in AGi32
• Place lighting calculation planes in AGi32 and plot fittings with photometric ies files
• Check calculations meet Australian standards
• Setup templates, reports and render images
• Complete header/footer details for reports
