The role demands deep domain knowledge, strong architectural leadership, and proven delivery across cloud-enabled platforms, ensuring scalable, secure systems and effective collaboration with enterprise architects and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Solutions Architect, preferably in the life insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, processes, and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in modern architecture patterns, cloud services, and software development practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the overall Architect for a specific domain and interdependencies.
• Works with the Enterprise Architect/s on the overall strategy and provides direction to SolDes.
• Ensures that designs adhere to standards and provides review and sign-off on designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design and develop scalable and secure solutions that enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of software products and services.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, including integration with existing platforms.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the life insurance sector.
