Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and govern enterprise technology solutions for the life insurance domain. The role demands strong architecture leadership, regulatory awareness, and collaboration across enterprise architecture teams to translate strategy into practical designs.

You will oversee end-to-end architecture, ensure security and scalability, and guide project delivery from design to implementation across multiple platforms and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, preferably within life insurance or insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, policy administration processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale application and solution architectures.
• Solid knowledge of modern architecture patterns, cloud platforms, system integration, and software development best practices.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern end-to-end solution architectures for a designated business domain, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to translate strategic technology direction into practical solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to solution designers and development teams throughout project delivery.
• Review, validate, and approve solution designs to ensure compliance with architectural principles, technology standards, and business requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design solutions that improve customer experience, optimize business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, software products, and third-party solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Oversee solution implementation, including integration with existing enterprise applications and platforms.
• Ensure all solutions comply with relevant industry regulations, security standards, and organizational governance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies, architecture best practices, and trends within the insurance and financial services industry.
