Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Manager for Distribution Business Propositions to assist the AVP in executing Life business strategies across Agency and Financial Adviser channels. You will monitor product quality, educate the distribution force, and drive ILP-focused initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Business Management, Banking and Finance or relevant degree.
Min. 3 years of experience in Life Insurance (Agency or Bancassurance or FA).
Min. 3 years of experience in Life Distribution as Business Development or Product Trainer.
Experience in Life Product (Mainly on ILP), and/or Business Development preferred.
High integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

Responsibilities

Execute strategies and plans for growth in Life business across Agency/FA channels.
Assist and support the AVP of DBP in developing and managing Life Business Strategies.
Monitor Life product quality and implement safeguards for business quality.
Provide product clinics, training, and education for distribution.
Organize focus groups and manage pre-launch events; mitigate risks and regulatory concerns.
