On-site - Manila | 1-3 Yrs Exp | Bachelor | Full-time

Responsibilities

• Medicine/Product inventory and maintenance
• In charge of the dispensing of prescribed products to all customers
• Provide instructions to patients regarding product inquiries and perform service/product pushing to contribute to sales achievement
• Maintain all relative records as to product supplies inventory (requests, actual movement records, stock on hand)
• Check quantity, batch number, expiration date, and physical condition of all product deliveries
• Provide immediate feedback to management as to product/supply quality
• Store products per standard requirements (room temperature, FIFO, and product display)
• Replenish or request products in accordance with standard minimum ordering requirements
• Perform cashiering function and comply with all regulatory requirements
• Prepare cash deposits for sales
• Maintain accurate and updated sales reports
• Act as the representative in all FDA and other regulatory requirements
• Achieve sales targets
• Assist in telemarketing and text blasting to promote campaigns and treatment follow-ups
• Work with the branch manager to achieve sales targets
• Ensure total customer satisfaction and brand image
• Conduct patient education on product use and post-treatment instructions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry
