Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (BSOT).

• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant clinical experience (hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred).
• Physically and mentally fit to perform various occupational therapy assessments and treatment procedures.
• Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients, families, and members of the rehabilitation team.
• Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Committed to ethical practice and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home programs, and adaptive techniques.
